Had lunch there today and it was good and fast and good service. Of course it was 3 PM and they only had about 10 people sitting dont know what it would he like when its busy.

so we go every once and a while to this location. each experience has been interesting to say the least. today we went and was so distracted by mike, the assistant manager (i believe), who yelled so loudly at the employees which was outrageous to me. he stopped what he was doing to pull amanda (doing everything) away from the register WHO WAS CASHING SOMEONE OUT, to make her run our food and it wasn't even correct. not only that, but by the look of it, he wasn't doing anything except yelling and occasionally making food. we had amanda, beautiful woman with blonde hair, who was our waitress and honestly it looked like she was everyone's waitress and she had no help. and with all that pressure, she remained calm with a smile when she approached our table. honestly amanda, THANK YOU. for everyone else, looking at mike, BE BETTER. your attitude and "leadership" is disgusting.
also, they're floors were so slippery my dad almost fell.. -

We pulled into the dark barely lit parking lot this evening. We walked in and were immediately greeted with the stench of clabbered milk. We waited to be seated and this filthy unbussed table was right at the front. Associates walked past us without acknowledging us, before someone greeted and went to seat us. As she walked us through the dirty dining room our shoes were sticking to the sticky floor. We passed another 11 filthy tables with messes spilling onto the floor. She dropped us off at a booth that appeared to be clean, and left. As I began to enter the booth I noticed a disgusting food mess on the seat. We walked right out, by each and every associate including the cook in shorts and a tank top. No one spoke to us on the way out. Perhaps, y'all should turn the rest of the lights out too, this place isn't suitable to eat in.

SLOW.....VERY SLOW! Only me in the drive thru and maybe 3-4 cars in front (employees) but VERY SLOW! Never had a experience like this anywhere! They need to investigate what is going on here cause not all steak n shakes are like this.

My wife and I stopped in on Friday night to get a couple of milkshakes to go we walked in and they where not very busy there might have been maybe 10 people in the whole restaurant. We went to the counter and sat there for almost 5 minutes before a server stopped and said they would be right with us 10 minutes later still no one we got up I raised my voice to be heard and said life's to short for this and we walked out. This is the second time I've been to a Steak 'n Shake and have left unsatisfied will never make that mistake again. Save yourself and don't go there.
